Try this simple recipe I used yesterday to make chicken. Take one bottle ketchup, about 15 prunes, and chipotle peppers in adobe sauce and blend together with half a cup of water. Boil the sauce with the lamb pieces at medium heat. When it is well done, cool and eat. As you heat for about an hour, mix and stir occassionally as the prune/ketchup/adobe sauce mixture will stick to the bottom of your pan/pot and may burn.
