Need a new psychological thriller movie?

I need one to watch, I love the genre but I cannot seem to find any that I like lately. I prefer for the focus to be on reality, purpose, or identity. I do not want to see Sixth Sense, Shutter Island, Session 9, or Silence of the Lambs, as I know someone is going to suggest them. Preferably something new, but anything works.
