Pain underneath big toe?

That lump can be what they call a bone spur, a build up of calcium on that area. I've had those before and pressed onto them with pretty good force and held the pressure on them and they would slowly 'dissolve' under that pressure to finally go away after a few attempts. Hopefully he can get rid of his the same way.
