Does anyone know of any small, grey, fuzzy plants?

I remember my grandma having them in her garden, they were definitely fuzzy and I remember them being grey. I also remember them having fat leaves. The closest thing I have found is the "lamb's ear" but I don't think this is it. Thanks!
