I would like some trustworthy help?

You sound just like me. I'm 15 and have a 9 year old brother who obsessed with Nerf guns and WWE. He always wants to play shooting games but then he flips out for no apparent reason. I have crack on my itouch from him slamming it on the counter. And whenever I'm on the computer, he flips the power switch and turns it off. He is so annoying even when I'm extra nice to him. Your laptop sounds fine and you can put the batteries back in the mouse. Maybe your iPod will have cracks in it but it's all repairable. As for your brother ask him why the hell he's doing this and tell him he seriously needs to stop. Say to him you don't see me throwing your Nerf gun on the floor or your videogames or whatever. And if he keeps damaging your stuff take it away from him. That's what I do. And I know it's hard but keep being nice to him it may pay off. Lmaoo idk how old ur bro is, but mine is starting to hit puberty so he thinks he runs everything, but just keep being nice. And if you can't be nice, ignore him.
