How to take screws out of a nerf gun?

I want to look inside this nerf gun i have but i cant get 6 screws. 2 of them move but stay in play, i think there stripped, how can i get those screws out, and there are some screws that just wont move. The screws are mini and i have to use a tinny screw driver.
