Should I take my dog to the emergency hospital?

My dog got into the trash can and started throwing up 3 days later she was still throwing up and didn't eat much we took her to the vet the next day.The vet told us she could have ate some spoiled food and bones so he injected fluids to keep her hydrated and gave her a pill for her stomach.After that my dog was still throwing up and took her once more to the vet the next day, again he injected more fluids put his finger in her butt and took out a bit of feces and it contained tiny bones he gave her a vitamin injection and told us to giver her pedialyte and give her canned food and that she should be fine but if she keeps on throwing up to take her to emergency. Right now my dog has not had a bowel movement for almost a day. She's also been trying to throw up again but can't and makes this weird noise like if she has something stuck in her throat. Should I take her in for emergency or should i wait a little more to see if she gets better. She's a 7 month old miniature schnauzer.
